The Alliance for Sustainable Building supports planners, contractors and clients in the realisation of environmentally friendly construction projects.

Sustainable action is also becoming increasingly important for the construction industry in the face of climate change and dwindling resources. It is essential to use the natural materials available in the best possible way, taking into account the aspects of careful extraction, efficient use and avoidance of environmental pollution. Applying these principles in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern is a major challenge for planning offices and construction companies, as well as in the awarding of contracts and logistics. Against this background, a broad alliance for sustainable building has been formed.
